Return, Refund, and Cancellation

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to return an item.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

  • If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account.

  • If you paid with a debit card, the refund will be deposited into your bank account.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it ships.

  • Once your order has shipped, you can no longer cancel it.

Exceptions

  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

    • Items that are final sale

    • Items that were purchased with a gift card
