Volunteer

You must be at least 18 years of age by Nov 1st, 2024 to be able to volunteer.
Must be able to attend one of the two orientation sessions online (dates will be sent to you if you are selected)
Volunteers must be able to commit to at least 2 shifts, each shift is approximately 3 hrs long
Due to a large amount of inquiries, we may not be able to accept everyone. We will reach out and provide an orientation time if you have been selected to join our volunteer team.

Volunteers must be present for their entire shift according to the finalized schedule.
Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation.
As volunteers, you are essential to the success of event. You are the faces of our event! Please be peppy, energetic and helpful to all attendees, artists, and staff.
Please follow your assignments and instructions give by the staff team. Any behavior not approved by staff or the Convention will first receive one verbal warning. Further warnings will result in forfeiture of volunteer position.
Assumption of Risk. Volunteers assume all risks associated with participating at the event. The event is not liable for any and all risks of loss, theft, harm, damage or injury to the person.
